Looking to learn more about our fresh mushrooms?

Yes. All of our mushroom products are made using fresh mushrooms grown on our farms in Kennett Square, PA, Aldergrove, BC, and Winnipeg, MB.

Yes, white button mushrooms can be frozen, however, they should be cooked and cooled first. When you are ready to use them, pop them directly into your pot or pan and allow them to come to temperature.

Because mushrooms absorb water, it’s essential to rinse them right before eating.

It depends on the cut and the variety, but most will last in the original package or a brown paper bag for 5-7 days.

Fresh mushrooms do not need to be peeled before eating. They can be sliced, diced, chopped, or eaten whole. Depending on the variety of mushroom, the stem may need to be removed and discarded.

Are you looking for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love? Look no further than our Tuscan Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms. Fully prepared and ready to heat, these mushrooms make a great side or entree.

Stuffed Mushroom Cooking Directions

Convection Oven:

Preheat to 350°F. Place product on an oven-safe cooking tray or sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes at an internal temperature of 165° F.

Conventional Oven:

Preheat to 400°F. Place product on an oven-safe cooking tray or sheet.  Bake for 10-14 minutes to an internal temperature of 165° F.

Caution: Mushrooms and filling may be hot after heating. Test the temperature before eating. Ovens vary so time is approximate. We advise to use the internal temperature as an indicator of doneness.
