At South Mill Champs, we believe it’s time to change the way we produce food. We grow certified USDA organic mushrooms and are dedicated to using responsible growing methods.
Our organic mushrooms are responsibly grown through upcycling. We’re certified USDA organic, so you can be sure that every step of the process has been carefully reviewed and approved by a third party to ensure compliance with USDA National Organic Program regulations. We work diligently to minimize our impact on the environment by recycling agricultural inputs and wastewater.

A Growing Trend
According to IRI, 23 million pounds of organic mushrooms were sold in 2019, up 5.8% over 2018. And in the 52-week period ending November 1, 2020, organic mushrooms saw a 17% growth in sales volume and 21% increase in dollar value. One thing is for sure, sales of organic mushrooms will continue to grow.
