From our highly knowledgeable and dedicated growers to our experienced packing line, drivers, warehouse staff, office staff and management team, it takes a dedicated group of talented and passionate individuals to get our mushrooms from farm to plate.
Mushroom Harvester
Harvesters pick mushrooms and place them into trays, boxes, or other containers. They select and pick mushrooms according to size, weight, cleanliness, length of the stem, and overall condition according to consumer preference and standards.
Runner
Runners assist harvesters by removing packed mushroom containers, weighing the packed mushroom container and replacing it with an empty container.
Packer
Packers work in our packaging department. They weigh and sort mushrooms to customer specifications for size and quality. They also wash, weigh and slice the harvested mushrooms making sure they are packaged and ready to be shipped to the customer.
Truck Driver
Truck drivers are responsible for picking up freight loads and ensuring our freshly picked mushrooms make their way to our distribution centers or to our customers. We have several positions available from Class A and B to solo or team drivers.
General Farm Worker
General farm workers work in many different areas of our mushroom farm performing tasks as required. General duties might include cleaning hallways and rooms, making and organizing boxes, visual inspections of tools and equipment, soil preparation and composting.
Supervisor
We have many different supervisor roles available on our farm. Our supervisors oversee mushroom growing, harvesting, post-harvest activities, and employees in several departments. They also monitor tools and equipment ensuring safe operating conditions and making sure quality and safety standards are consistently met.
