Our centrally located 20,000-square-foot facility is temperature controlled to preserve the freshness and quality of our products throughout the entire distribution process – from dock to plate. Our two refrigerated loading dock bays and six additional loading docks streamline the loading and unloading process for our trucks, allowing us to efficiently make 15+ deliveries per day. We are here to cater to your specific needs and deliver the exceptional fresh ingredients you deserve.

As part of our commitment to excellence, we have an on-site mushroom processing facility dedicated to slicing and repacking fresh mushrooms to order.
Our state-of-the-art processing facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and operated by skilled professionals. By slicing mushrooms on-site, we can cater to your exact specifications, offering precise cuts that meet your unique requirements. This level of customization allows you to save valuable time in your food preparation process, reduce food waste, and prolong the shelf life of your mushrooms by 2-3 days.
