The perfect marriage of coffee and chocolate topped with a creamy whip. This classic coffee drink is perfect for those chilly winter days or cool summer nights.
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 packet SHROOMS Coffee + Mushroom Blend
- ¼ cup hot water
- ¾ cup milk
- In a large mug, add chocolate syrup, SHROOMS Coffee + Mushroom Blend and hot water; stir until well combined.
- Add milk to electric milk warmer/frother. Warm to optimal temperature. Pour warmed milk into coffee and chocolate mixture; stir to combine.
- Top with whipped cream and more chocolate sauce, if using.
Don’t have a milk warmer/frother? A saucepan works just as well! In a small saucepan add milk and place over medium heat; bring to a gentle simmer, occasionally swirling the pot to avoid burning. Remove from heat and add to coffee mixture.
