Where do you get your mushrooms?

All of our snacks are made using fresh mushrooms grown on our farm in Kennett Square Pennsylvania.

How do you make them so crispy? Are they just dehydrated?

Our snacks are not dehydrated. We have invented a new natural process to make a fresh mushroom into a crispy crunchy shelf stable snack crisp. We have applied for a US patent.

Do you use artificial colors or flavors?

No, we do not use any preservatives and we do not use any artificial colors or flavors.

What flavors do you have?

We offer Spicy Jalapeno, Pizza, Mesquite Barbeque and Sea Salt. All of our crisps are NON-GMO Project Verified.

Are they Gluten Free?

Yes. All the SHROOMS Crisps are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.

Yes, the crisps are Circle U Certified Kosher.

Yes! We just happen to also make mushroom jerky made from portabella, cremini, and shiitake mushrooms. Our jerky flavors include Original, Honey Chipotle and Roasted Teriyaki.
