Amanda Ayala, Human Resources Administrative Assistant, has been a part of our South Mill family for the past 6 years! Amanda’s mother, Iris, is our Director of Human Resources; a profession that seems to be in their DNA! Amanda, born in West Chester, PA., graduated from Avon Grove High School, and has one remaining year at Penn State University, where she is majoring in Human Resources! She started working with South Mill part-time while she was still in high school. She became full-time 3 years ago and keeps an active schedule between her job and her full-time status as a student. Among her many duties in Human Resources, Amanda can be found assisting in new hires, setting up interviews, filing, maintaining records and applying her organizational skills to whatever is needed. Amanda loves the family oriented atmosphere that permeates throughout the Company. She also enjoys working with people of all ages and generations. During free time, Amanda loves to read and when she is not lost in a book, she can be found spending time with her sister – another favorite past time of hers.
