ABOUT
Luis Hernandez has been a part of our South Mill family for the past 11 years! Luis began his journey with us as a Harvester, he then ascended to Supervisor at our smallest farm, and now 11 years later, he is the Harvesting Manager at our largest farm. There are always opportunities for growth at South Mill. Luis enjoys the challenges he faces at work every day and the ability to work with different people. His father, Enrique, was also a part of our team for many years as the Harvesting manager for our Portabella farm, his uncle, Ramon, is currently a Harvesting Supervisor at our West Grove farm. During his free time, Luis loves to box and teach his techniques to his son, Janiel. Thank you for being an amazing part of our team, Luis.

What are your hobbies?
- Luis loves boxing and competed for several years. He now enjoys customizing cars in his free time as well as training his nine-year-old son, Janiel in boxing techniques.
Do you have any family who also work here?
- Luis’ father, Enrique, has worked for us for many years and is the Harvesting Manager at our Portabella farm. His uncle, Ramon, is a Harvesting Supervisor at our West Grove farm.
What do you like most about working here?
- Luis likes the idea that every day is something new and that he gets the chance to work with all different types of people and positions on a regular basis.
